On May 6th and May 7th, IJPC will join more than 30,000 others for the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon.  IJPC utilizes the Flying Pig as a fundraiser to benefit the vitally important peace and justice work that we do every day!

In 2016, we had 60 runners and we hope to have even more in 2017.  In 2016, we raised more than $18,500 and we crossing our fingers to raise that amount this year but would be happy with $13,000.  We hope that you will join us to reach that goal! Meet some of our team members here!

You can be involved in many ways:

  • Run or walk. There are 8 different events you can be a part of – ranging from 3.1 miles to the full 26.2! Registration has been closed since 4/24 – thanks to our 30 team members for hitting the pavement for Team IJPC!
  • Donate to a runner or to the team as a whole!
  • Become a team sponsor
    • $50 for a company/organization name printed on the IJPC runner t-shirts
    • $100 for a company/organization logo printed on the IJPC runner t-shirts

About IJPC

The Intercommunity Justice and Peace Center educates and advocates for peace, challenges unjust local, national and global systems, and promotes the creation of a nonviolent society. IJPC is supported by faith-based organizations and individuals who work together to educate around justice issues, take collaborative action and do public witness.
