Human trafficking is often seen as a far away problem affecting far away countries. However, issues of inequality, poverty, and vulnerability cross international and state lines. Come learn what modern day slavery looks like in our community and how you can do your part to end human trafficking.

Presenter Samantha Searls is a program manager at the Intercommunity Justice and Peace Center (IJPC). IJPC educates and advocates for peace, challenges unjust local, national and global systems and promotes the creation of a non-violent society.
