Ways to Give

How will you support peace and justice?

Give Today

Contributions, large and small, make up about 60% of our operational budget. IJPC depends on your generosity to keep our programs strong, update our resources, and continue to work for peace and justice. You help us to encourage people to think critically, with compassion, about major social justice issues impacting every day life in our community.

Consider making a tax-deductible donation to support the mission of IJPC.

Become an IJPC Peace Partner: Give Monthly

Help make IJPC more sustainable by becoming a Peace Partner. Your recurring monthly gift allows us to better anticipate individual contributions and gives us a better foundation in planning our programming for the year.  You may also find that giving a smaller amount each month will allow you to, in the end, make a bigger impact on our advocacy by giving a larger gift overall.

Make an IRA Charitable Gift

Are you over 70 ½ years old? Avoid taxes on your IRA Required Minimum Distribution by making a Qualified Charitable Distribution to IJPC.

“Funds must be transferred directly from your IRA custodian to [IJPC]. This is accomplished by requesting your IRA custodian issue a check from your IRA payable to the charity. You can then request that the check be mailed to the charity, or forward the check to the charity yourself.” Get more information here.

Leave a Legacy

Planning ahead? Consider including IJPC in your will and estate to leave a legacy of social justice. By including IJPC in your will or trust, you extend our shared vision for peace and justice for future generations.

About IJPC

The Intercommunity Justice and Peace Center educates and advocates for peace, challenges unjust local, national and global systems, and promotes the creation of a nonviolent society. IJPC is supported by faith-based organizations and individuals who work together to educate around justice issues, take collaborative action and do public witness. We address local, national and international concerns focusing on the death penalty, immigration, human trafficking and peace and nonviolence.
